The other girls walk off, uncaring it seems.  Yet one kind and gentle girl approaches the one in need..    Perhaps a reflection of you yourself as one who's there for others?  Or maybe a reflection in opposite light, with you as the girl in need..   

It's a really nice sketch in that you aim to portray emotion and a sense of the real, which is something I'm very out of touch with in my own freehand art.  Great work, I do feel you should continue with this one, or really think about the thing you seek to express and try more to achieve that because I feel this artwork is definitely onto something good!
